That said, my heart is extra heavy today. I'm really looking forward to being with my community at Freedom Salon / Салон Волі, as well as at the various rallies & vigils happening on Sunday & Monday. In fact, I'll be singing the Ukrainian anthem at the UBC USU vigil on 2/24.

Just wrapped an interview with a local morning show about the 3-year anniversary of full-scale invasion. I've done many such interviews since February 24, 2022. I wish I didn't have to speak about the slaughter of my people, but I'll do my part to keep Ukraine's fight for freedom top of mind.

Every damn thing that is happening right now was fully predictable to anyone with any understanding of history - and yet many Americans are still stumbling around shocked and surprised. We told you. We warned you. History has all of the spoilers.
