I have misaphonia so I get anxious around random sounds. Worst for me are clicking biros, chewing, or leaky headphones.
Tonight I left my earpods at work and am on the train opposite a man eating KFC, another doing sodoku with a clicky pen, and near someone with crap taste in music 😭

We can’t abandon children affected by a parent’s drinking just because it’s difficult to help them.
