Seeing posts saying "So Trudeau caved". No, our PM agreed to some plans so he could protect people, workers & jobs from tariffs (on BOTH sides of the border). Do I think Trump won't change his mind again? Not a chance. I'll still support & purchase from non-U.S. products and companies. 🇨🇦

I don't know....I would like to think so, but I had also had hopes NS wouldn't go PC again. I am hoping the tide is turning against Pierre since he is staying silent on the U.S. tariffs while Trudeau and Carney are fighting back.

As am I. I think Trudeau is one of the best PMs we have had. I do like what I have heard from Carney, but the thought of a Pollievre govt scares the daylights out of me!

I have nothing but good to say about our healthcare system. A year ago I had to have surgery and from initial consult to surgery was 2 mos.(+ lots of scans/tests during that time). Between husband and I our surgeries in last 2 yrs would have cost $200,000+ in U.S.,all we paid was hospital parking.

PP parrots Trump's rhetoric, and has his talking points that he repeats over and over, a la Trump. Trudeau stood up to Trump, but PP will bend the knee. 😢

Canada, we have a problem and it's Pierre Poilievre - he has plans to destroy Canada's democracy and everyone who sits back and does not vote in the next election, will be a willing participant in Canada's destruction by Poilievre and all other Conservatives.

Canadians have short memories, I'm afraid. After years of Conservative PM Steven Harper, and all of the destruction he wrought, Canadians voted in droves for Justin Trudeau. Now he is stepping down and Pierre Pollievre, a radical Conservative, is waiting to pounce. I despair for our country.
