- SAF breaks almost 2-year siege on ElObeid, North Kordofan, and gains control of Algitaina, White Nile State.

- SAF gains control of Alkurgul, South Kordofan (once under SPLM-N [Alhilu] control).

After three hours and putting Tylenol into tea and drinking it and slathering Biofreeze on and using a hot pack, it appears I somehow just didn’t realize my shoulder was out of place bc I just rolled over and that shit popped loud as fuck and now I’m fine. and it’s 4am and I’m not tired anymore

This would be the perfect time to become addicted to something if I had the capacity to smoke or drink or swallow pills

every day it’s my back and/or shoulders and my knuckles and my knees and/or my ankles and my wrists like damn or headache…it used to be chronic illness that could be painful now it’s very firmly chronic ewness w/ chronic pain fr im abt to be even more deadbeat than I was before

Now I gotta chug some Tylenol tea and wait for it to kick in
