Of course autistics don't want research done on "cures", you can't cure something that's natural and the way the otd supposed to be. The word cure in such a context means dying usually.

How dare a minority want researchers to do actual research that could help us instead of chasing pseudoscience and figuring out more ways to dehumanize us.
There's no research to be done into "causes", being autistic is a naturally occuring human phenotype, and we've known why people are born
