Regardless of what you do...you need to get that support OR you need to scale back on your expectations from your schedule.
You cannot burn the candle at both ends. Period.
What most productivity books fail to tell you: Having help with the home is CRUCIAL for work-at-home entrepreneurs. ๐ฅ
Especially those who're also wrangling tiny humans, and/or being caregivers to elderly parents and/or dealing with chronic illnesses.
Same for us in India ๐

Today you have AI at your bidding.
You have courses and resources.
Do your research.
Send the pitch.
Quit overthinking it.
I didnโt have outreach tools when we started.
I didnโt know what cold email even was.
I did know we needed clients.
I did know businesses needed our services.

After years of time blocking, next week, Iโm going back to Theme Days.
Trialing it out to start with.
Productivity strategies are never carved in stone.
They need to adapt and evolve with your seasons of life and your goals.
something thatโs on my mind: all the predictions posts?
Read them. Enjoy them. But donโt let them influence your strategy for 2025 unless theyโre backed by data.
As someone whoโs been an entrepreneur since 2011, Iโve seen ALL possible predictions.
Donโt treat predictions as the Holy Grail.
Everyone wants "success" to be sexy.
Fancy frameworks and tools are designed to help you succeed.
The truth?
Success is a series of boring but needed steps. Done near-daily.
You don't even realize they're the steps you need.
Till you look back and connect the dots.
Now that Thanksgiving is over โฆ Whatโs your fave Thanksgiving tradition? The one you look forward to every year?

Sometimes you don't need a full CEO/CMO day for your business. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Sometimes all you need is 30 minutes.
Send that pitch. Make the ask. Write the email.
Marketing your business doesn't always have to be about following month-long plans.
It CAN be about taking micro-actions that move the needle.
So, take out 20 minutes (or even TWO!) to think about the "unnoticed" progress you've made.
It doesn't always have to be big or bold.
It just has to be something you did to keep yourself moving forward.
Momentum is all that matters.
The speed and size of it? Don't. ๐ฏ
