It's the International Day of the Disabled Person tomorrow, and so we thought we would commemorate it by talking about what doesn't get much attention.

Knowing how your body and mind work is key to well-being, but most of us lack the information relevant to our specific needs.

This is why we have invited Jane Green MBE from @sedsconnective.org to speak to @thendeducator.bsky.social and @kabie.bsky.social from @arghscotland.bsky.social Scotland to talk about hypermobility, other connected tissue conditions and neurodivergence.

We chose to donate to @medicalaidpal.bsky.social because the conversations between us began with the interconnection of our lives & the genocide.
