It is a bit. Trying to make the most of some time in the garden and the odd trip out this week and will try to do a couple of things with the older ones after Easter.

In the same boat here. Made worse by the fact that 2 older offspring can't come home until after Easter (one is in a cathedral choir and one is a church intern) and the youngest returns to school on Easter Tuesday and has GCSEs soon after!

Happily, I think we might have appointed in Carlisle as interviews were a few weeks ago, but we haven't heard that they haven't appointed!

One of the first phrases I learned with Welsh Duolingo was "Bore da, draig!" ("Good morning, dragon!") Very useful in Wales, I'm sure!

Some of us have been in ministry long enough to have not had to assent to it. I was ordained in 2001, so will have gone through selection in 1998.

I failed my grade 8, just before doing my A-Levels, so I never got round to doing it again. I've sometimes considered it but the thought of all those scales puts me off!

Amazed to think that I've been to 23 and sung in 14 of them! I didn't realise I'd "done" so many!
