04.10.2025 23:01 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0The Copper Age drop has been released for Minecraft: Java Edition, and Rebalanced Music supports it on day one!

I am officially content with copper and never need another update, to be honest
It feels like gold could have more uses. It mainly gets fed into piglin bartering now. Surely a new machine could be more interesting!
Lapis also feels ignored. It should at least have a stair, slab, wall set.
The enchanting/anvil/trading system needs to be overhauled. It takes so long to get the enchantments you want using the intended table & anvil. Meanwhile trading skips the entire process. Neither solution is good.
These should all be fixed at once. You can't really change just one (Trade Rebalance)
I always love when spooky season rolls around!
02.10.2025 00:32 โ ๐ 11 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0Glad it was an easy solution!
01.10.2025 23:06 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Are you using any other resource packs? I don't get this error on my phone or PC on 1.21.111.
01.10.2025 22:53 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0The data loss is not something Aspects can cause. I'm very sorry to hear about your progress :(
01.10.2025 03:17 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Merging every contribution I receive is nice, but the priority of this update was:
1. Make the pack work on 1.21.110 without issues
2. Add support for Vibrant Visuals
Other features were quick additions or necessary to fix something else.
Generally, animation contributions (especially for players) are more difficult to merge. There was an updated cape animation from Kryzor that I also delayed, and updated first-person attachables from LionHead.
30.09.2025 21:37 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0It's encouraging that the cape is more difficult to change now. 99% of packs do not intend to edit the cape at all, so when they do, it breaks Aspects. Hopefully that's harder to do from now on.
It's unfortunate for packs like yours that intentionally edit the cape, but it should be easy to fix.
Do you mean the slim skin fix? It is lower priority than some of the other features, so I pushed it back until I have more time to look into it.
This update had to focus on high priority things that broke existing content and contributions that have been waiting an extremely long time.
I'm glad we could solve the issue!
30.09.2025 16:25 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Thanks for the report. I didn't test VDX compatibility with this update so it might still have some issues.
30.09.2025 16:22 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I can look into this, but it's likely something CrisXolt will have to fix. Have you tried turning down the "Text Background Opacity" in the Accessibility settings? It will make that background invisible.

Enjoy!
Thank you! I had a fun time last night finding the best screenshots to show off Vibrant Visuals compatibility.

30.09.2025 15:02 โ ๐ 120 ๐ 28 ๐ฌ 4 ๐ 1Left: The default Console Aspects look, with a light, desaturated appearance. This causes Vibrant Visuals to look too light in most circumstances. Right: Console Aspects after the Color Grading Disabler companion pack has been applied. The colors appear more saturated and vibrant.
Please report any bugs to me here on Bluesky or in the comments on YouTube!
This update also adds a new Color Grading Disabler companion pack for Console Aspects. This optional pack removes the light, warm filter across the game, allowing Vibrant Visuals to shine at their intended saturation.
The 6.4.0 update for Java and Console Aspects is OUT NOW with support for Vibrant Visuals, countless bug fixes, and new features for the latest two drops (including the Copper Age!)

It's so confusing to me. Did she not realize her own themes? How has she missed so much of *her own message*?
29.09.2025 21:15 โ ๐ 16 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0Ok, thanks for the clarification! Love your work :)
27.09.2025 18:09 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Will the Zombie Nautilus texture be emissive on Java as well?
27.09.2025 17:47 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I'm so happy the baby has a unique design as well. The tentacle animation for movement is so fun!
27.09.2025 17:46 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I love the detail on the texture, but (I hate to say this) - it might be a little too different than the look of the rest of the ocean? Coral, kelp, and seagrass have very simple color palettes.
If that is intentional to contrast, that is also fine! Sometimes new textures have to grow on me first.
It's a real shame that Bedrock combat is apparently forever in limbo where Mojang is too scared to update it. Combat-focused features always feel neutered because of this weird difference.
27.09.2025 17:33 โ ๐ 8 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Did they confirm that the Nautilus or Zombie Nautilus drops its shell? Maybe it'll be like turtles where they drop it when growing up.
27.09.2025 17:31 โ ๐ 6 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0The new drop is nice! I'm glad to see the name revealed at the start instead of the end. The zombie horse integration is amazing - now the only unused mob is the illusioner!
The spear seems really cool. I hope it has some interesting enchantments, or it can use existing ones, like Piercing.
