You know I’ve finally seen what people are talking about and it’s such a bad faith argument, I don’t want to spoil it but the ending is perfectly fine and gives a more inspiring message. I can understand that people are mad this films exists as it isn’t necessary, but it does, and it’s great!

I found it crazy after watching the movie to see so many negative reviews, I love the original and whilst different in parts I found the new one to be just as fun and heartwarming. I didn’t realise there was a debate about the ending, I don’t understand what people could be mad at?

This is ace, I watched all the films this week in preparation for homecoming, whilst doing it I read allot of trivia about endings and alternative deaths and it’s really interesting. And you are correct old dvd features used to be amazing, so much effort where as now it’s just “here’s the trailer”

The Green album rocks, but I think it’s more of a demo album for them getting back into the swing of things, this week I listened to the Red album and forgot how awesome that is, and then listened to make believe and realised how little I remember it and after the first two singles it’s a little meh

I’ve been wanting to rewatch before the new version this month but for some reason Disney is being stupid and doing region releases again, can only get 4k hdr in America on 4k Blu-ray or Apple, and over here just standard hd on both. 😥

Awesome picks overall! I too watched the live stream, it was such a breath of fresh air during the pandemic. I love the Gorillaz, especially the early stuff(I saw them in their first tour), the cure are amazing and I really want to listen to more talking heads as I only know the singles really.
