The only other time I had this kind of reaction was that very first vaccine available in 2020 which was Pfizer. Every other booster including one that was Moderna, I had little reaction. I do wonder how CVS's computer is determining who gets the Spikevax vs the mNexspike.

Yes. I knew that. It was just my body's reaction which I'll take ANY day over COVID. I was just interested because CVS' pharmacist said their computer tells the pharmacist which Moderna to give. My husband got the 2025-2026 mNexspike and I got the 2025-2026 Spikevax which knocked my socks off.

La. requires all have a prescription no matter age or health issues. We drove over to TX which didn't require one because while one physician was on top of it and sent the prescription in right away, the other physician wanted to argue that prescriptions weren't needed. Big sigh. Thankful we got it!
