Start off walking and be step focused. 10,000 steps, then 12,000, then 15,000 and so on. Keep increasing it. Once you get to 20,000 steps and that becomes easy…bump it up to a jog/walk combo where you eventually jog more than walk and once you’re jogging it fully…increase speed.
