As a federal trans employee, you are now denied medically proven healthcare, and are forced into religious conversion therapy or no healthcare. Look for this to spread to non governmental businesses.

I suggest not buying any items at the store in the beginning if you want to beat it. Still working on incorporating the item mechanics into the gameplay.
