Last week, we welcomed the Baton of Hope, a national symbol of suicide prevention, to Time for young people in Torbay.

We handed out wellbeing packs, offered advice, and wrote wellbeing wishes.

I had an incredible day with colleagues from our local @childrenssociety.bsky.social team at Cheltenham’s Party in the Park.

Organised by ‘No Child Left Behind’, the event is part of the the organisation’s Year of Youth Action. We are very proud to be one of many partners who made today a reality.

Nick Cook from the Children's Society, tells Jackie Long that young people must be encouraged to "speak out for support", after a new report shows thousands of under 21-year-olds are being exploited by gangs to launder money.
