My other suggestion is checking Spoonflower. They don't offer fleece on their premade blankets but there's polartec fleece in the regular fabric options.

Yeah, unfortunately that's the case. The products are only made available by RedBubble and if at one point they had a thicker fleece option then discontinued it, then my hands are tied.
