Have an update from me, gonna just try n enjoy life at this point.

Uhh figured I ought to give a mini-update; went to the hospital after my week long breakdown when it turned into some very unsafe thoughts. I now have a safety plan in place, am waiting to hear back from mental professionals, and trying to just take it one day at a time.
