A Super Bowl berth all will strive to earn;

During years of my career, when team B hired a coach who was under contract with team A, team B paid a very minimal amount, leaving team A to pay the bulk of
compensation owed - the league adopted a policy prohibiting that - something to keep in mind, if Jim Schwartz is given permission to leave.
