This is L’Inconnue de la Seine, the face that inspired the face mold of Resusci Anne! The legend goes, this plaster face is the death mask of a woman who drowned in the Seine in 1885. The real identity of the woman is unknown.

Not sure if she’d be into this but you can find little specimens cleared and stained on etsy, they’re really cool!
