09.08.2025 16:35 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Nice! Pickling is so fun, because once you get the sugar:vinegar:water ratio right, you can play with the seasonings and make a lot of fun combinations. Enjoy!
09.08.2025 16:35 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Yummy! Looking beautiful and delicious
09.08.2025 16:31 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Definitely gotta remember! And yeah, I feel like I need to accept that too. Itโs hilarious how I always forget every single full moon. ๐ฅฒ
09.08.2025 16:07 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Sorry to hear that ๐ญ
I even have good valerian root, and I totally forgot to take it lol sob
This just happened to me too! And I ended up going to YouTube and listening to different birds of prey calls, and I discovered that it was a juvenile red tail hawk calling for its parents. I felt like such a nature detective after that lol.
09.08.2025 15:54 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Watch a sneaky lil YouTube video! Building a fire is pretty fun, Iโm sure youโll do just fine. ๐

09.08.2025 14:18 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Normally, I would be glad too, but... it looks like you unfollowed me for that? That's a bit extreme and kinda concerning actually. Correct me if I'm wrong, I thought we were mutuals already. But I just got notification that you followed me (again?)
09.08.2025 14:06 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0When someoneโs warm with you as long as youโre in agreement, but noticeably shifts tone after a perceived disagreement, itโs a form of conditional connection.
Healthy boundary-setting = noting how someone reacts under a sliver of tension before deciding how much emotional real estate they get.
Oh noโฆThereโs been a double misunderstanding then, I was agreeing with you too! We do hope things will be different and that is often why we stay. Around here people consider that a good quality (being long suffering) but I now know itโs not a healthy one. Thatโs what I meant!
09.08.2025 11:53 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Sounds completely delicious ๐ โจ

08.08.2025 23:29 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Literally havenโt had this dish probably in 20 years! It tastes so good. These are the first two yard long beans Iโve gotten as well, from 20-year-old seeds (no lie) I really missed them.
And @autisticat53.bsky.social you were right, this Shishito peppers arenโt bitter when theyโre cooked!
Stainless steel pan with sliced chicken and apple sausage, sliced cook, neck, yellow, summer squash, chopped yard, long or asparagus beans, as well as diced onions and Shishido peppers cooking
The finished product in a bowl with some white rice and to the side is Lactaid cottage cheese with peach slices from a jar
I finally got to cook a dish that I havenโt had since I lived in my childhood home. This was called โsquamishโ growing up, and you can only make it at the height of summer. I used chicken apple sausage, yellow squash*, yard long beans*, onions & shishito peppers*. No salt or pepp.
