Whenever I check out a YouTube channel about gardening and plants that I’m not familiar with, I have to check to see if they’re some sort of weird white supremacist or right wing prepper.
(The Baker Heirloom debacle is a big example of this.)

Winning 50 elections in a row is still having nothing to look forward to but the next flotation devices. It should be obvious that I don't want to drown, but there's better ways to live.

Every blue election won is another flotation device and I hate that life is just trying to survive until the next one, and being chided for wanting better by people who refuse to let go of their settler colony and who in the metaphor are looking down upon you from their boat.

But when I say thins and express that I would like to be brought onto land, I am yelled at by people saying "you should be thankful. Are you saying we shouldn't have brought you a floaty at all?" as if me saying this negates the short-term benefits of a float.

This is what living in the US and under capitalism is like. People are focused on bringing you the next flotation device but refuse to consider ways of bringing you ashore. I'm very tired of treading water.

Crossed by my fingers for more queer community events that are actually radical! This was very nice and heartwarming.

It was also a genuinely good community event and the gays did a dance party to said brass band music afterwards and it was very cute and heartwarming :’)
Also lots of audience involvement and shouts of “fuck Stuart Sloan!” directed at his property next door.

Went to a community puppet show at DB was very cute and fun and gay and also involved a truly horrific Bruce Harrell mask. There was even a small brass band for sound effects and background music!
