drowning in my reading list which was sent late. i feel so frustrated. i did a foundation year, had a blast and felt like i was finally on equal footing with others for undergrad. then this. it is really hard to not feel like these elitist universities are actively trying to knock you down.

im currently a WEMtern and it has been so transformative. the support and exchange between writers is so motivating. big love to regional writing groups - you make sure poetry isn’t an isolating practice <3

Finished my second term at Oxford today and what a wonderful end to Hilary! I’ve found so many wonderful poetry collections to sink my teeth into over the vac (a distraction from my exam revision, of course).
