I've always been afraid of getting a young dog in case I were to pass away and it would be an abandonment to the dog left behind. I only have one relative in a place to take any pets, but his SigO is very ill & it would not be ideal....tho the love would be supreme.

I literally coveted those babies......my favorites.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she ends up exactly the perfect home.

I also say: if you are a senior & disabled..maybe a puppy isn't the best choice due to needing lots of walks & exercise.

It had been beached for three days and they were unable to get it back to the surf so it was euthanized.
