Do it!!! Honestly you won’t regret it 🤩

Just start slowly. First day up to thighs, then waist, then chest, then swim. You’ll need neoprene socks and gloves though, and ideally a dry robe for getting out 👍

What’s the water temp there now?

Because the feeling you get after going in *always* makes you glad you did 🤩 you do need to be kitted out appropriately though and know the time/temp limits etc

Frost on the floor, water temp 5 degrees, a wonderful way to start the day ☀️ ❄️

I haven’t been able to swim in the fjord since early October - and today was 5 degrees and my first day back in! Made it to waist height but hope to actually swim tomorrow ❄️ 🧊 🏊‍♀️
