We figure it's close enough that we can still do most of the things. We'd likely be spending at least one weekend a month in SoCal to see our eldest and their spouse anyway.

Considering mortgage prices are about $1500 less than our current rent, lots more travel options.

Just in the last couple weeks that I've been looking at houses to buy in Vegas, the number has almost doubled. And everything is showing a huge drop in price.

There was no ICE. Not sure why somebody felt the need to start that rumor.

There’s enough ICE generated anxiety in SoCal this week without false reports.
