Well…a month ago I had a heart attack. many women die from heart attacks because we are ill informed of the symptoms. I had a minor ache between my shoulder blades from about 9am.. at 5pm my sis drove me to A&E.. at 9:30pm I had a stent inserted. I damaged my heart waiting so long.. I had no pain..

I made my own this year and wondered why I’d never done it before.. I just cut up the pumpkin, peeled and de seeded it chopped it up and put it in a roasting tin for 30 mins on 180c.. it was done while I was busy doing nothing..

Not just oaks… them pesky mice have eaten all our sweet chestnut baby seedlings..

And yet the people I meet daily, tell otherwise..

I had a young father, asylum seeker from Afghanistan, nearly in tears today… he just wanted to find a class for his wife to learn English.. he was concerned that if she couldn’t find lessons, she would become isolated.. I’ll teach her x
