After 8 wonderful years I'm suddenly in the market for a new laptop. Any audio drama and/or sound design friends have recommendations in the general neighborhood of 700USD?

I know what numbers are the important ones but not what values are reasonable to demand of those numbers

I'm doing artfight this year! And getting my refs ready got me so excited to make so many ocs that I will not be able to design let alone draw. And I think that's the point.

<- is finding apartment hunting very stressful yet also very exciting. is having too many emotions because of this process.

This after we had tried to find another book last year, on an off for MONTHS, and not for the first time, too- we would randomly remember it and try to find it for ages- until we gave up and I bought us a new copy for the nostalgia.

If I were still in therapy, I would have so much to say abt this.

I swear to god my dad's house eats books. My sister and I are trying to find a book we used to own (for a FACT) and we're both like 80% sure we've seen it in the last 2 years. And it's nowhere to be found.

Honestly the worst thing about being bilingual is that half my folders are backwards for half my papers.
