From what I could tell the timeline that controls one of the obstacle patterns just wasn't getting to the frame that tells it to start moving? So while trying to figure out what was wrong, I changed the frame it triggers on, and it started working again - then I changed it back, and it still worked

I fixed it and I also don't know how I fixed it 😀
