I'm 65 years old, and cannot recall an Olympics where the athletes have not received full support from the US President. Until now. Our "president"** is total classless scum. Luckily most of our athletes know that, and can ignore his childish insults. Still......what a piece of garbage.

So far he has gotten away with everything, regardless of the legality of it - and no one has stopped him. I have no reason to believe that he won't rat fuck the election process, to the point where we won't even have mid-terms, and he alone will control the state elections. I pray that I am wrong.

So they set a goal, then just lower the goal when they fuck up, then blame it all on someone else, while still patting themselves on the back? Great business model! I wish I could have operated that way in my 30+ years in the business world!

The comments I heard from the right wing nutcases this morning were "well, it was ALL in Spanish so I did not understand it at all", followed by "it was so divisive". I took that to mean BECAUSE it was all in Spanish, it was divisive. I guess because they weren't speaking "American". 🫤

I set up a second screen so I could stream simultaneously on USA and NBC. That can be tough when you are watching two sports that you really like - in my case, figure skating and snowboarding big air.

A friends of mine was deployed three times. He was medically discharged in 2020. He relies on the VA for his medical care. The horror stories he has about how trump and his and of idiots are screwing vets will curl your hair. trump hates our military, especially wounded vets. Fuck trump.

Was this at the Commanders game? My sister was there Sunday and sent me a video (with sound) of the VERY loud booing when that orange piece of shit was put on the big screen!
