Lost 2 pounds between TFF and FWA (3 weeks). I call that a big accomplishment!

What a week, excited for the weekend.

Today is a good day.

Ran my first 5k!

I’ve come a long way in the last 2 years. I think I’m about 80-90% of where I want to be.

There are still things that I don’t handle well that can disrupt my mood significantly. It’s a constant battle to improve. I’ll get there.

I lost weight while in Texas.

Some days are harder than others. But I’m going to keep pushing through.

I met friends for the first time that have helped pick me up when I’ve been down in the depths of hell.

I met friends again that I haven’t seen in years and got to spend time together.

I met brand new friends.

To everyone that I met this year, we made memories. I look forward to the next.

Leaving this BlizzCon has been really emotional for me. There are a lot of really strong feelings.

I can feel myself returning but I still have more room to grow, learn and remember to take care of myself. But the important thing is we’re finally getting there. And we won’t stop now.

Blizzcon abound! I am so excited for this year.
