Nos gusta mucho quejarnos de las traducciones de títulos extranjeros al español, pero hoy me enteré que en Francia Where the Wild Things Are se llama "Max y los Maximounstros", así que bueno, esta gente está -como en tantas otras cosas- muchísimo peor que nosotros.

Es que imagínate. Y eso sin contar todo lo demás que dijo de la esperanza y el cuidarse los unos a los otros y el protegerse de los abusos de los ricos y los patrones, y el trabajo colectivo, ay, es que sí fue un discursazo, qué bárbaro.

Como inmigrante en un país cada vez más islamofóbico y xenofóbico, este discurso de victoria de Mamdani me pareció tremendamente inspirador. Yo qué sé de si va a lograr todo lo que se propone, pero qué hermoso lugar de arranque.
