Snow & ice in the forecast; polar vortex coming in; barometric pressure is falling=I have a migraine.

I get that this is a first world problem, but having a food allergy is exhausting. I am allergic to coconut and most hot chocolate uses coconut oil. There is a Swiss Miss version that only has 5 ingredients but I have to order it because no one near me stocks it. It’s silly, I know.

Julie, the Vicountess, is American. She married the heir to the Earl of Sandwich. It’s so interesting to see things through her perspective. Also, they are adorable.

There are 2 series on YouTube that I enjoy. American Vicountess (tours historic houses in the UK) and Mapperton Live (the realities of maintaining an estate).
