I guess I see it as profits they could make on material that's lying dormant, but on the other hand I guess Apple would weigh it against costs to set up, digitise material etc. (if I'm playing devil's advocate). Wish someone could do a proper analysis for a potential business case for this...

Also, scanned documents would be good too - session records, paperwork, images of tape boxes etc etc. For historical interest and future preservation of the material.

Is there any way we could encourage Apple to look at this? Or has it been looked at before?

We need a subscription
streaming service: The Beatles Archives or Vaults. Hardcore fans and scholars would subscribe in droves. Releases of the material could be staggered over time to generate income from the start of the project. Carnival of Light would fit here! Whole tapes digitised, with chat!
