My first exposure to GRRM was his short story Sandkings that was featured in Omni magazine back in the 80s. I’ve been a fan ever since.

To be fair, it's the Ontario Legislative Building, but frame of reference is the Rush album cover. Still a WIP, with a bunch more work to add the bas relief details on the imposts and arches, grotesques and whatnot.
