I get that to some degree it's normal to talk differently to different ppl but I have been masking so hard all the time it's not sustainable and it makes friendships feel fake

Grieving lost friendships and relationships is weird. I see things and go "oh I could send that to x and they would love it!" but you can't because there is no way to do so and so you get a little sad and bummed out. It feels lonely.
