Partially correct but not entirely IMO. Racism comes from the same place "part of the herd comes" - Not one of the group so to speak. The young can escape it for awhile, due to innocence not intent. Its part evolutionary holdover that at one time protected a group.

A wise decision. Until we know more about the faults of AI its better to play safe. We know it can hallucinate, we know it can make decisions contrary to what's best for humans. We know it can snoop on your e-mail, social media, government records without being directed to.
