Our Nightlight Cafés are open every night across Hertfordshire. They offer a safe, warm and welcoming space to anyone in distress and in need of support.

It’s not always easy to spot when someone is struggling but small changes in mood, behaviour, or energy can be signs that someone needs support.
Check in with the people around you. A simple “How are you really?” can go a long way.
