I read in a few places that the price of cell phones is about to SKYROCKET by like 43% because of these stupid fuckin tariffs Trump has put into place. I have the iPhone 12 & it works fine, but my luck it’s gonna crap out soon and then I’ll be screwed. So, I went ahead today and upgraded my phone. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m going to need someone to explain to me the definition of GREAT…because clearly there’s been a misunderstanding. I am by no stretch of the imagination an expert on economics or math, but common sense dictates that there is NOTHING “great” about any of these tariffs.

Disruption is all they seem to understand—so that’s exactly what they’re getting. For 14 hours, @booker.senate.gov has been on the Senate floor, speaking truth within the rules. This cannot be business as usual when our democracy’s on the line. Thank you, senator.
