Aw man yeah I am watching it on Amazon Prime and they cut out all the live action Mario and Luigi parts. Those were my favorite as a kid. I never seen the Zelda ones tho just the Mario ones

You gotta excuuuse me but I started watching the 80s Zelda show and I lowkey love it. Zelda often goes on adventures with Link and battle monsters. I love this dynamic. I think the closest is Link w/ Tetra in Wind Waker and lil bit in BotW flashbacks.

Syd of Valis for the #SEGA Genesis/#MegaDrive is a cute lil side scrolling action platformer. I guess this is Valis II but chibi style. You get new weapons and outfits with different stats. I can't beat the game tho! Syd's chibi-ness makes her a big target!

It's SO fun and chaotic. I am having a blast. There's some real skill needed to drift around corners!

Yeah! What's funny I'm also playing Fallout New Vegas and even tho it's post apocalyptic, it's still silly in many ways so I can hang with that

I gave Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 a shot and honestly it's a fantastic RPG with Persona-like razzle dazzle and Paper Mario like timing to dodge/parry. But I'm not in the right mindset for it's moody atmosphere and melancholy story yet. So, Sonic Racing is my happy space rn

I don't blame anyone for absolutely hating Sonic 06 for being a disaster of a game haha! It's totally broken and unfinished. And yet... there's a weird charm about it once you master the jank! Part of the fun is making it fun despite everything haha

This game is too good to be true. But it is. Treasure (Gunstar Heroes, Dynamite Headdy) made a McDonalds game for the #SEGA Genesis/ #MegaDrive and I am having a McBlast Processing good time! I'm lovin' it!

I had an emotional response completing Sonic Frontiers' King Koco trials and defeating The End. I know it's ridiculous as an adult, but seeing Sonic pushing through no matter what is inspiring. Life has been hard for me lately and I need to push through no matter what too

I've been posting stuff on Twitter primarily since I don't have the energy to even copy and paste stuff from there to here lol. It's been going on since September. I'll try to be more active here too. I got a lot to catch up on!

Quick life update:

I am going through a divorce/separation right now and its totally devastating but I've been going to therapy and I moved in with a friend that allowed me to stay in the spare room.

I'll be okay I am Undefeatable. I will find my flame!

I am not thrilled with the Panzer Dragoon Zwei Remake's graphics. I guess that's all I have to say about that. I took a pic of the game on real hardware for comparison via Retrotink5X. I'm still going to buy it to support #PanzerDragoon, but I have conflicting feelings about it.

Ok I gotta admit that I am a little bit mad at #SEGA and Sonic Team for not relasing a sequel to NiGHTS into Dreams on the #Dreamcast! The DREAMCAST! C'mon! 😭

What I love that the Valkyria Chronicles series isn't afraid to show us that sexist, racist, and anti-LGBTQ sentiment exists within the team. But overtime, by working together, they learn to overcome prejudices, respect differences and love each other.

Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is done! It's Wonderboy perfection! I love Dragon's Trap for the Master System, and this feels like a proper sequel. It's a lot of fun, with challenging puzzles, platforming and battles. If you like Shantae games, you'd love this!

Valkyria Chronicles 4 has a DLC mission where the Federation's Squad E meets with the Gallia's rag-tag misfit militia team Squad 7 for training. The mission hit me with a wave of nostalgia seeing these characters again. Squad 7 is a truly special team.

Totally get it! While there were AoStH and Sonic Underground, I knew Sonic is Sonic in these stories whether they related to the games or not!

Mines is when Robotnik created a cheeta robot to race against Sonic and provokes Sonic into a race. It really challenged his speed!

I really miss waking up on Saturday morning and tuning in to the #SonicTheHedgehog. This show was filled with action, heart warming moments, and some drama and comedy. It was a serious show! As a kid, I understood this show an interpretation of Sonic, and not game Sonic!
