I am done with this mess. Maybe #Tekken at some point gets fun again but blocking for 10 seconds to watch a 15-second cutscene play out while you guess for your life is just not fun or engaging at all.

Aside from two bugged interactions with Jack and Paul, there apparently is a emergency patch on the way. However, unless they pretty much revert this patch to some extended, the game got a lot less interesting to play and watch. 15 sec combo into heat mix up with unlimited plus frames. Guessing game

Hopped onto ranked in #tekken8 and after 2 hrs of holding back and guessing, while getting clipped on every 2nd sidewalk by some tracking string or swiping heat engager mid, I stopped. The game is just a mashing competition at this point. Everyone is a rushdown 50:50 stance char - no thank you.

It is more focused on stances, 50:50 situations and characters like Kazuya got a homing mid, which tracks to his left. NO idea, where the defense buff is hidden but so far - not to be seen.

#tk8 Not sure what to expect from season 2 but so far, it feels like the top tiers get some cosmetic nerfs, while buffing their few weak points as well.
Obviously, we wait until the patch notes drop, but the Tekken talk did not really encourage me to look forward to it.

So, this Arcane season 2 turned out pretty good, eh? Again, a feast for the eyes, a masterclass in timing and animating to music as well as a lot of interesting and likeable characters.
Bit messy at times with the plot but damn, binged it in one sitting
