Benji (14): "Wait, when did we get a waffle-maker?"
Me: "We don't have a waffle-maker."
B: "Yes we do, it's on the side in the kitchen."
M: "..."
B: "..."
M: "That's the lid of the kitchen bin, Benji, but feel free to use it to make waffles. They might not taste great."

Dad and eldest son time, at an absolutely phenomenal Sleeper gig tonight. I see a lot of live music, but this gig will live long in the memory. Sleeper have been a favourite band of mine for 30 years, and to see them with Josh (who loves 90s indie as much as me!) was a real treat.

Fancourt Music is named after Director Ant Miles' grandmother, Hilda Fancourt (although she was known as 'Gran' to almost everyone!).
Today marks what would have been Gran's 113th birthday, and also marks the 10 year anniversary of the launch of Fancourt Music.
