After all, why should I do art if someone else can fucking trace an image and get loads of attention while the rest of us put in actual work and get nothing? It's frustrating. Really frustrating.

Basically, all of my life, I've relied on the approval of others to sustain my well-being. It's why I started this account after not posting all of the art I've done in the past. But it's also been "infected" with all this bullshit about AI tracing and drama, and it really discourages me to do stuff

I don't know if I should take a break or not. I really want to get more of my stuff out to you guys, but I just feel so much pressure from everything that it's hard to get the motivation to actually do anything. I'm really trying not to get back into a bad place mentally, but it's just... hard.
