Heya, Denali here! I recently found out I have a huge uterine mass that needs to be removed ASAP and like many small business owners, we don't really have any savings to cover the insurance deductible + recovery time off work.

The Aldi purchase limits were due to panic buying for sure. My partner works for them, and his store implemented that policy.

I personally wouldn't be surprised if this outbreak does cause the limit to stay long-term, however.

DVC has been a staple in the fursuit making community for a VERY long time. I look at my lineup and nearly half of my suits have *something* on them made by DVC. Check out their shop and pick up something, if you can!!!!

There are practical reasons for the distinction, though. I can't grind up blue jay feathers for blue paint/dye, for example, but I can make it using indigo or red cabbage plants.

The visual appearance of color is fundamentally different from what color/pigment something actually holds.

Another Sunday, another book jacket! This is the last one I have finished right now (I have others in progress); Riverstar's Home! River is my favorite of the Clan founders, and this book was a joy to read. I also enjoyed creating the full spread cover like I had done for Plague Dogs. #warriorcats

Fun fact about this one: his antlers are real! They are shed antlers that I then treated and sealed. Eddie made them able to be removed for transport and storage if needed. They are just small enough to not be too heavy (there are safe weight limits for fursuit heads)!

The handpaws were made using the puffy paw @kloofsuits.bsky.social pattern, heavily modified to accommodate the silicone pads, resin claws, and 5 fingers. Definitely made the perfect look for this boy!

Any Warriors connoisseur knows that Tigerstar is the dark brown tabby broody evil man. Fireprotag is the orange one (hence the, yanno, fire).

Finally, we have Murphy as The Tod. He’s the newest addition to our family, having previously bounced between multiple homes. Now, he enjoys stability and has become a lively (if a bit loud!) companion. Be kind to your loved ones, and cherish them while they're here.

For Snitter, we have Storm! Storm is my rescue pup. Likely a puppy mill mom, she suffers from separation anxiety and PTSD, though the latter has been almost completely resolved at this point. She's also worked with a local trainer to help other pups with socialization issues! She's a ray of light ♥️

Rowf is played by Bud! He was a mixed breed that I cared for when I volunteered for a local shelter. He had been there for most of his life, and his appearance and protective nature prevented him from getting adopted. We formed a strong bond, and I helped him when no one else would. RIP, my friend

Yeah it definitely sounds like your bub has GERD. Small, frequent meals with low protein foods is the best help. Definitely consult the vet, since kitties are high protein animals. It can be a hard balance, and sometimes requires prescription food! As kitty becomes more comfy, meowing will go down!

That's fantastic!! Other signs of reflux are retching acid, hiccups/coughing/wheezing, and excessive hairballs. If the symptoms get worse, you may want to talk to the vet about lower protein foods for sensitive stomach. Both our dog and cat have GERD, so we have a lot of experience!

This beast is also a constant meower. We have mitigated the issue by feeding him senior wet food that's higher in calcium, and feeding him 4 times a day, on a regular schedule. Cats can develop acid reflux as they get older, and that can cause excessive meowing

His parts are still holding up very well! Your feet are also always SO comfortable!! 10/10 highly recommend ❤️
