Whey protein isolate works best, actually. I'm a carbine instructor, and have to lift heavy guns and wear armor all day while I teach. Cutting fat while I build lean muscle just doesn't work without a 1500 calorie day, and 200 grams of protein. Not even if I ate only spinach.

Still no vegan protein source that can satisfy my protein requirements while keeping me at my calorie threshold. 🤷 You show me a vegan source of protein that can pack 30 grams of protein into 130 calories.
