@256pi.bsky.social gives a deep, thoughtful, and generally really positive review of MEMORY ECHOES, but insightfully brings up some of the stylistic choices which may, or may not work for people.
Honestly -- I'm just honoured that people put this much energy into considering my art.

It doesn't make me sleep longer anymore -- just wacky, vivid, and lucid dreams. Sometimes sleep paralysis though AHHHH.

Hahahah I accidentally did this the other night, and didn’t realize until I was half-way through the container. They have valerian root in them too, so it was wonky dream city.

Some of my favorite entertainers today are a few Vtubers, and honestly, attaching my music to a fictional character is something I thought about doing a long, long time ago — and brushed it off as silly and pretentious. OpSec challenges aside, I envy that a lot now though.

Self branding sucks. And in 20/20 hindsight I would have definitely stayed more anonymous — especially with gen AI and where a lot of things are at. I’ve never liked the idea of putting my face on things. And in all honesty, I find it distracting when it’s really just the music I want from others.

This. I feel pretty much the same. It raises the floor in some ways, but creates a huge upstream current. It’s a predatory, lowest common denominator solution to the old model that gives a degree accessibility for us ‘between the cracks’ introvert artists. A better one, but not a great one.
