Apart from the 60-minute delay to my appointment as a result of a late delivery, the care provided to me this morning for my PET scan was amazing. I knew what to expect, and this helped put me at ease 🌈❤️🌟 thank you

You won't catch me using corporate jargon. Last week in risk management committee I described one of our systems having the ability to 'spit it out' as my mind totally forgot how to say 'automatically send out notifications' 🙈🙃

Myself and Caroline, your corporate risk team of two, received such lovely feedback during risk management committee last week "we love the new risk registration form, now I really look forward to reviewing my risks" amazing 🌟🌈🌟
And what I've seen since being in post for two years next month is how innovative our colleagues are/ willingness to change the way we do things for the benefit of our patients and colleagues. We can't ask for more than this 🌟✨️🌈

Agree Kate. I deleted my X account last year, and although there is little movement on my following threads, it feels a psychologically safer place to be now.
