Anger is an important emotion.
Anger can activate our bodies and help us take action consistent with our values and goals.
Anger can move us out of a freeze response and help us fight when necessary.
What SHOULD you be angry about today?

Today’s NaNo writing - four handwritten pages on the beach in Chicago, and I got down the scene that started the plot in my imagination.

It’s been a tough season with a lot of caretaking of small humans while my husband has had a wild work travel period. My studies are suffering. I’m so happy to have a break by myself at a hotel for the weekend. I don’t have to talk to anyone and can just sleep and read.
