Had a great time this weekend! The flight back from Philly was a tad bit annoying, but we made it to and from safely.

The event was nice. Even with a small crew gathered for KAR, the passion for the game was massive. It got me more hyped than I thought it could.

I can't believe I'm about to be playing DBFZ again, all of a sudden.

But it can't be helped. With this Masters Showdown announcement, and Sonicfox and GO1's return for it, it may be my last chance to push myself to the point where I could have the chance to face my og goats in a match.

Saw the new Demon Slayer movie earlier. It was a long ride, but a fun one at the same time. Gyomei just might be the coolest Hashira to me, and Akaza's back story was oddly motivating lol. Upper Two, though, might be my favorite of the demons though. Just maybe.

Watching this new Expedition Files episode for Shark Week is just making me replay what I personally think is the best episode of the show I've ever seen: Blood in the Water. The retelling of the 1916 attacks.

That episode was so scary and gripping it's stuck with me for years.

Apparently, the system's fans aren't that great. On top of it being generally warm/hot in the venue. And if they were left running games for too long, I guess that'd make the heat build up too.

From what I've seen and heard, there were repeated overheating issues with the PS5. Redditto tweeted saying that he thought the PS5 was melting his brooks adapter. And it had to be really bad cause they had multiple lengthy breaks during the set to try and fix it.

But it persisted the whole time.

Wish I could be more excited about Daru's win...

This was just rough to watch, man.
