Actually it looks like this is much worse: Empty String, as a value, is considered invalid regardless of any converters. Even if target type happens to be String?!?! (or at very least for `Map<String, String>`).

I tried 3 different plausible fixes, and none stuck. Possibly since check is at very low level, not letting custom handlers resolve anything. Really, really annoying.

Ok I don't usually harp on other OSS but today I am pretty annoyed by SmallRye: it explicitly starts failing on empty String ("") entries for `Map` valued properties EVEN WITH custom handlers; and even for `Map<String, String>`. And this breakage came in a minor version upgrade.

Worse... If ChatGPT is to be believed (*)

Getting really pissed at SmallRye now: `Map<EnumType, Optional<Boolean>>` not supported either -- neither does `Map<EnumType, Boolean>` support null value (like "") for Boolean. That is, NO LONGER SUPPORTS. It did but somehow just... stopped. WTAF?
