Exactly! In Spain I buy a pint of beer for €2.50 locally. It’s £5 where I come from in UK. I’m not rich, so it matters. And don’t get me started about the cost of eating a meal out. I rarely buy food in restaurants in UK. In Spain it’s a weekly menu for ~ €15

My dad was a carpenter/cabinetmaker. He was such a calm and contented man. He made almost all the furniture in my childhood home. I miss him so much. I learned a lot from him and can do simple household repairs myself.

They must still feel ripped off though. I certainly would. 🤷🏼‍♀️
