Framing like this doesn't help because it is based on an assumption there's a line between "real" and "not real' diagnosis. This doesn't work because it all depends on your criteria and where you put your personal marker down on the difference between "normal" and "special."

Some people will point out this isn't possible in a world that is on AI. Here I think my vegetarian analogy is ok because they too have to live in meat and animal product centric society. My plan is to avoid avoid avoid. Right down to never ever clicking the copilot button "just for an idea.."

AI isn't something you can use in a limited way. I feel you're either in or out. Being out (as I am trying to do) is going to be very hard but the price of being "in" will be personally enormous. I predict we'll end up with more like me. Sort of "AI vegetarians"..
